TCM took over the job from another contractor. They had to review the scope and submit a quote within a quick turnaround.

This being a time-sensitive project, TCM had to program weeks of after-hours work from February to April and ensure daily handover to the site for next-day school operations.

Overall, the site is very happy with the project and TCM, as there was no disruption to the school’s operations. The site is also happy that the windows are now operable, complete with insect screens.

TCM kept the site and Ventia up to date with the project’s progress throughout its duration.

We would like to advise how happy we are with our Project verandah/ alfresco. All concerned Trades were very reliable, courteous and professional, with attention to detail towards their work.

Each contractor performed to a very high level, which impressed our project team and the Client. Local stakeholders have praised the quality of work and the way in which the work was conducted, and this is in large part due to the way in which your teams carried themselves on site. It is never straightforward working nights in an operational tenancy.
